The plug-in digital density meter tuning fork can detect density on line in real time. It can be applied to process control of products with density as basic parameter or quality control with solid percentage or concentration percentage as reference. Typical industries include petrochemical industry, brewing industry, food industry, pharmaceutical industry and mineral processing (such as clay, carbonate, silicate, etc.), which are specifically applied to interface detection in multi-product pipelines in the above industries, density detection of stirred mixture, end-point monitoring of reaction kettle, and segregation device interface detection.
