NYZX Resistance Spin Level Switch Working Principle
NYRD series resistance spin level switch uses permanent magnet motor to drive the blades rotation, when the detected material rises to the blade position, the blade rotation is blocked, the resistance will be transmitted to the detection device in the junction box, the detection device will output a switch signal to the outside, and cut off the power to make the blade stop rotating. When the material level drops, the resistance of the leaf disappears, and the detecting device will return to the original state according to the tension of the spring, adjusting the spring tension for different material specific gravity, adjusting the spring tension to strong or strongest when the ratio is big, and adjusting to weak or weakest on the contrary.
