NYKC3 intelligent external level switch measurement principle is based on the different signal attenuation characteristics of ultrasonic in the presence and absence of liquid for non-intervention type fixed-point liquid level detection, the instrument is installed in the outer wall of the closed body to achieve the measurement and alarm of fixed-point liquid level. Installation does not require a hole in the tank wall, the instrument does not touch either the liquid medium in the container or the gaseous medium in the container. Therefore, the installation is simple, fast, very safe and reliable in use, no tank is opened during maintenance, no fire is started, and normal production is not affected.
NYKC3 Externally Attached Ultrasonic Switch Working Principle
This switch uses ultrasonic technology to detect whether the liquid level inside the tank reaches the set alarm position through the ultrasonic sensor. The principle is that by stimulating the ultrasonic sensor, the ultrasonic wave is emitted and the ultrasonic signal is shot into the tank with the tank wall. Therefore, there will be a clear difference in the strength of the reflected signal from the tank wall received by the ultrasonic sensor. Using the above principle, by detecting the strength of the received ultrasonic signal, it is possible to accurately determine whether the liquid level has reached or not, and the relay outputs the corresponding alarm signal.
