NYSP-UK863 RF Admittance Level Switch Working Principle

 

The principle of operation of radio frequency Admittance level switch is based on radio frequency (RF) capacitance technology. A radio frequency is applied to the probe and the influence caused by the surrounding environment is determined by continuous analysis. Because all materials have a dielectric constant and their conductivity are different from air, the total impedance reflected by the small capacitance shift changes when the probe is in contact with the material. Because the energized probe and the vessel wall constitute the two pole plates of the capacitor, the insulator of the probe and the surrounding air become dielectric materials, and the capacity effect is enhanced when the air (whose dielectric constant is 1.0) is replaced by any other material (dielectric constant > 1).

 

NYSP-UK863 RF Admittance Level Switch Design Feature

 

1.Strong versatility: It can be applied to all kinds of conductive and non-conductive medium measurement, such as liquid, viscous matter, particles, powder, fly ash.

2. Anti-adhesion: The patented anti-adhesion circuit can eliminate false signals caused by material adhesion.

3 Probe detachable: There is no cable connection between the controller and the probe, the controller can be removed at any time, replacement and maintenance, does not affect the incoming and outgoing materials.

4.High and low temperature resistance: Suitable for -184℃ to 280℃ working environment, and can provide for dry higher temperature ceramic probe.

5. Output form: Double pole double throw relay signal output, at the same time there is a status lamp display output status, and 0 to 30 seconds delay function.

6. Not intelligent diagnosis: After power-on, the instrument circuit automatically detects whether the working state is normal.
