NYSP-M19 RF Admittance Level Meter Working Principle

 

Rf inclusion level is a continuous level measurement product based on RF inclusion principle. This product has the advantages of high stability, high sensitivity and wide application. Compared to the conventional capacitor stage, it uses a modular design and can be easily set up instruments. After the configuration is complete, it can be used normally and can be maintained for life. It uses the home to visualize operations and deal with problems in a timely manner. It is also safe and reliable in complex industrial environment.

Rf conductivity measurement technology is a level measurement technology with unique advantages. Although the concept is very similar to general capacitance measurement techniques, RF conduction techniques add a drive shielding circuit and chopper circuit to the electronic unit, allowing independent measurement of impedance and capacitance resistance. The laws of physics calculate that the impedance of any suspension and the capacitance resistance of any suspension are equal, so the effect of suspension can be measured by the phase shift of the oscillating circuit and eliminated from the total output.

The probe of the RF conductivity meter is installed in the storage tank and the RF signal caused by the change of electric potential is obtained through the probe. The probe drive cover prevents the RF current from being diverted through the suspension material to form a ring, thus ensuring the accuracy of the instrument measurement.
