NYRD803S 6GHz Radar Level Transmitter Working Principle
Radar waves travel at the speed of light. The running time can be converted into a level signal by electronic components. A special time extension method ensures stable and accurate measurements within a short period of time.
Even in case of spurious echoes under complex operating conditions, the level echoes can be accurately analyzed with the latest microprocessor technology and debugging software.
The antenna receives the reflected micropulses and transmits them to the electronic circuit. The microprocessor processes this signal and identifies the echoes produced by the micropulses on the surface of the material. The correct echo signal identification is done by the pulse software, and the accuracy can reach the millimeter level.
The distance D from the material surface is proportional to the pulse time travel T:
