NY-LT Flange Type Liquid Level Transmitter Working Principle
The pressure of the measured medium is transmitted to the central measuring diaphragm through the isolation diaphragm of 8 chambers (for LT and DP/GP remote transmitters with 1199, the measured pressure first passes through the primary isolation diaphragm and a fully sealed capillary system filled with silicone or fluorine oil before being transmitted to the isolation diaphragm of δ chamber) and the filling oil therein. Except for the AP type pressure transmitter, whose other side of the measuring diaphragm is the vacuum reference point, the other side of the measuring diaphragm of other varieties is either the atmospheric pressure or the low pressure side of the differential pressure being measured. The measuring diaphragm is a pre-tensioned elastic element whose displacement is proportional to the pressure of the measured medium, and the displacement is only 0.10mm, and the position of the measuring diaphragm is detected by the capacitor fixed pole plates on both sides of it. The differential capacitance of the measuring diaphragm and the two capacitor fixed pole plates is linearly converted into a 4-20mADC 2-wire current signal by an amplifier circuit.
