Ultrasonic flowmeter is based on ultrasonic waves in the flow of fluid downstream propagation time and the difference between the time of counter-current propagation and the measured fluid flow rate, so as to find out the method of flow rate. Fixed one-piece ultrasonic flowmeter is applied to the long-term online measurement of various liquids, the host and sensor installed in the measured pipeline for fluid flow measurement. Widely used in water supply, heating, metallurgy, chemical industry, energy and other industries.
NY-CS Ultrasonic Flowmeter Design Feature
1. Clamp-on sensor, easy to install, no need to interrupt fluid and production.
2. High reliability, using low voltage, multi-pulse transmitting circuit, high measurement accuracy, greatly improved service life and reliability.
3. Strong anti-interference ability, using double-balanced differential transmission and reception circuit, effectively resisting strong interference such as frequency converters, TV towers, and high-voltage lines.
4. The output distance is long and the networking is fast. RS485 supports unlimited networking, and is connected with GPRS module to realize wireless transmission.
5. Can be extended to an energy meter to measure energy consumption.
