The working Principle of NYSP Intelligent RF Admittance Level Transmitter

 

The radiofrequency admittance level meter is a continuous level measurement product based on the principle of radiofrequency admittance The product has the advantages of high stability, high sensitivity and wide application. Compared with the traditional capacitive level meter, the modular design is adopted to achieve simple and convenient meter setting. Once the setting is completed, the meter can be used normally and maintenance free for life. Users can intuitively understand the operation of equipment, and timely deal with problems, in complex industrial situations is also safe and reliable.

 

Radiofrequency admittance measurement technology is a kind of level measurement technology with unique advantages. Although the concept is very similar to the general capacitive measurement technology, the RF admittance technology adds DrivingShield circuit and chopper circuit in the electronic unit, so it can realize the separate measurement of impedance and capacitive reactance.according to the laws of physics, the impedance and reactance of any hanging material are equal, so the effect caused by the hanging material can be measured and eliminated from the total output by the phase shift of the oscillating circuit.

 

The probe of the radiofrequency admittance level meter is installed in the storage tank, and the change of the radio frequency signal caused by the change of the level is obtained through the probe. The driving-shield end of the probe prevents the RF current from forming a loop through the hanging material, ensuring the accuracy of the meter measurement.
