NYSP-M20 RF Admittance Level Meter Working Principle

 

RF admittance level meter is a continuous level measurement product based on RF admittance principle. The product has the advantages of high stability, high sensitivity and wide application. Compared with the traditional capacitive level meter, the modular design can be used to set the instrument simply and conveniently. Once the setting is completed, it can be used normally and free of maintenance for life. It enables users to intuitively understand the operation of the equipment and timely deal with problems. It is also safe and reliable in complex industrial occasions.

Rf conductivity measurement technology is a level measurement technology with unique advantages. Although the concept is very similar to general capacitance measurement techniques, RF conduction techniques add a drive shielding circuit and chopper circuit to the electronic unit, allowing independent measurement of impedance and capacitance resistance. The laws of physics calculate that the impedance of any suspension and the capacitance resistance of any suspension are equal, so the effect of suspension can be measured by the phase shift of the oscillating circuit and eliminated from the total output.

The probe of the RF conductivity meter is installed in the storage tank and the RF signal caused by the change of electric potential is obtained through the probe. The probe drive cover prevents the RF current from being diverted through the suspension material to form a ring, thus ensuring the accuracy of the instrument measurement.
