NYUHZ Plate Magnetic Level Transmitter Operating Principle
The magnetic meter has a chamber that contains a floating ball, and the cavity is connected by flange or other suitable connection to the container . According to the principle of the connectors, with the change of the liquid level in the container, the liquid level in the cavity is as the same as the liquid level in the container, so the floating ball in the chamber is driven up and down, with the rise and fall of the liquid level in the container. At this point, we can't see the liquid level, so we have a magnetic column flip display on the outside of the cavity.
Between the floating ball sinking liquid and the floating part installed permanent magnetic steel at the junction , when the liquid level in the measured container rises and falls, so does the magnetic float in the liquid level gauge body tube. The permanent magnetic steel in the float is transmitted to the magnetic column indicator by magnetic coupling, driving the red and white rollers to flip 180 °. When the liquid level rises, the flip column changes from white to red, and when the liquid level drops, it's the opposite.The red and white junction of the indicator is the actual height of the liquid level inside the container, thus realizing clear indication of the liquid level.
