NYUHZ Magnetic Flap Level Meter Working Principle
Magnetic flap level meter can be used in various towers, tanks, tanks, spherical vessels and boilers and other equipment for medium level detection. The magnetic flap level meter can be highly sealed, leak-proof and suitable for high temperature, high pressure and corrosion resistance.
The magnetic flap level meter has a cavity (called measuring tube or main body tube) that holds the float, and the cavity is connected to the vessel through a flange or other suitable connection. The chamber is connected to the vessel by flanges or other suitable connections to form a linkage. According to the principle of the connecting device, as the liquid level in the vessel changes up and down, the liquid level in the chamber is the same height as the liquid level in the vessel. The liquid level inside the chamber is the same height, so it drives the float inside the chamber to move up and down, rising and falling with the liquid level inside the vessel. At this time we can't see the liquid level, so a magnetic flip column display is installed outside the cavity.When the level in the measured vessel rises and falls, the magnetic float in the body tube of the level meter also rises and falls, and the permanent magnet inside the float is transferred to the magnetic flip column indicator through magnetic coupling, driving the red and white flip column to flip 180° When the liquid level rises, the flip column changes from white to red, and when the liquid level falls, the flip column changes from red to white, and the red-white junction of the indicator is the actual height of the liquid level inside the vessel, thus achieving clear indication of the liquid level.
