NY3051 Pressure Sensor Transmitter Working Principle
NP3051 series intelligent differential pressure / pressure transmitter has a variable capacitance sensing assembly called "δ" chamber see the figure below, the process pressure is transmitted through the "δ" chamber on both sides of the isolation diaphragm, filling fluid to the "δ " chamber to the center diaphragm. The center diaphragm is a tension elastic element, which produces a corresponding deformation displacement for the pressure difference between the two sides acting on it, and this displacement is transformed into the differential capacitance formed on the capacitor pole plate. The differential capacitance is converted into a standard output signal by an electronic circuit.
