Working Principle of Liquid Level Transmitter
The liquid level transmitter is composed of a special air conducting cable with a built-in capillary hose, a compression connector and a probe. The probe structure of the input type liquid level gauge is a stainless steel cylinder core with a diaphragm at the bottom, and is covered by a plastic shell with holes. Liquid level measurement is actually the difference between the hydrostatic pressure on the probe and the actual atmospheric pressure, and then the pressure difference is converted into a 4-20mA output signal by a ceramic sensor (attached to a stainless steel film) and electronic components.
