NY-M030 series digital display large flow gas mass flow
controller i s composed of mass flow sensor , thermal element ,
mass flow controller regulating valve and amplifier circuit . It uses
the flow of fluid to transfer heat to change the heat conduction
distribution effect of measuring capillary temperature distribution .
The principle i s to use the principle of temperature difference
calorimetry before and after capillary heat transfer to measure the
mass flow of the gas , amplify the flow signal measured by the
sensor , and then compare it with the set voltage , and use the
obtained difference to drive . Control the regulating valve , and the
closed-loop control of the flow through the channel to make it
equal to the set flow .
